What file formats do you deliver?
We provide all deliverables in industry-standard formats such as DWG (AutoCAD), PDF, DXF, and, if required, shapefiles (SHP), KML, or other GIS formats. We can also supply supporting documents, calculation sheets, and tables in Excel or CSV.
Do you follow US CAD standards and layer conventions?
Yes, all drawings are prepared according to US CAD standards and your specific requirements. We use your layer naming, templates, title blocks, and can adapt to state, county, or company-specific standards.
Who reviews my drawings before delivery?
Every project goes through a two-step quality assurance process: initial review by a drafter, and a final check by a senior technician or licensed surveyor (not US-licensed, but highly experienced). This ensures accuracy and consistency before delivery.
How is data confidentiality ensured?
We treat all client data and project files as strictly confidential. NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be signed on request. Files are exchanged via secure, password-protected platforms or encrypted email.
Can you use our project templates and CAD standards?
Absolutely. We are happy to work with your company’s templates, title blocks, linetypes, layer schemes, and specific drafting instructions to ensure seamless integration with your workflows.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most standard drafting tasks are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on project complexity, volume and how many people working on it. Rush service is available upon request.
Can we start with a small test project?
Yes! We encourage new clients to start with a free trial or test project. This allows you to evaluate our quality, speed, and communication before engaging in ongoing work.
How do we communicate during projects?
Communication is direct via email, video calls (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), or simply via WhatsApp/Viber for short questions/answers—whichever suits you best. Quick response and transparency are our priorities.
Do you provide survey data processing and adjustments?
Yes. We process raw field data (GNSS, total station, etc.), perform traverse adjustments, point coding, and coordinate calculations, and convert field notes into digital formats. All survey data is processed and referenced using official US coordinate systems and transformation tools, including NGS (NOAA) and state-specific benchmarks. Every deliverable is prepared according to the required US datums and projections, as specified by your project or local regulations.
How are revisions and feedback handled?
Revisions are included. Simply send us your comments, markups, or redlines, and we will update drawings promptly. Clear version tracking is maintained for every project.
Are you familiar with our state/county land surveying requirements?
We regularly work with various US states and adapt to their specific standards. Provide your requirements and reference documents—we will follow them closely.
Who signs and certifies the final drawings?
We provide fully-prepared drawings and documentation, ready for review and sign-off by your licensed surveyor (PLS) in the US. We do not stamp or certify drawings—your local professional remains responsible for final approval.
